Well regardless, use Lightning Tracker and find out just how close you are to being struck!! Lightning Tracker displays your location on a map and tells you where in the area the lightning hit! There are only 2 steps! STEP 1: When you see the lightning press the "SAW LIGHTNING" button. STEP 2: When you hear the thunder that follows press the "HEARD THUNDER" button.
